Having worked with many elite sports men and women in a number of sports, I have acquired a considerable amount of knowledge and skill to help improve performance in sport.
Good levels of physical fitness are taken as a must if you are to be successful in sport, but there are other qualities that you need that are often overlooked in conventional training programmes.
My training programmes are challenging, fun and exciting. There will be plenty of opportunity for variation and the training will never become boring or laborious.
