Personal fitness training
Personal training is exactly as it says - it is personal to you. It is therefore important that you work with an instructor who understands what it is you want to achieve and more importantly has the skills to deliver it.
I work closely with all my clients on a 1-to-1 basis. At an initial assessment we will discuss your specific goals and objectives, whatever they may be:
- Weight management
- Improved strength
- Flexibility
- Endurance
- Balance
- Co-ordination
- Cardio-vascualr fitness
I will then closely monitor your progress and progressively introduce short 'stepping stones' to improved levels of fitness. I will help you exceed your own expectations, help you to look and feel better.
I will be committed to you, to help you 'stick with it' and provide the motivation needed to overcome your biggest obstacles to excercise! You will quickly benefit from your private 1:1 workout conducted in a small, well-equipped training room and learn to realise that fitness training will soon become a priority in your life.
